Ingredients:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- Garlic
- Mayonnaise
- Quick melt cheese
- FISHTA Bangus Belly plain
Procedures:
- Get your garlic, cut it to bits or you can use a food processor for a finer chop
- In a bowl combine Butter, Salt, Pepper and Garlic **Butter should be Room temp ( 65°F - 18°C)
- Place FISHTA BANGUS BELLY PLAIN, on a lightly greased baking tray, season it with Salt and Pepper
- Spread butter mixture on top of FISHTA BANGUS BELLY PLAIN, then put it in the oven for 3mins until butter is melted properly
- While waiting, In a bowl combine Mayonaise, Quick melt cheese, minced Garlic
- if the butter is well melted already, spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of FISHTA BANGUS BELLY PLAIN then sprinkle cheese.
- Bake in 180C preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and is slightly golden.
