Cheesy Baked Bangus


  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Mayonnaise
  • Quick melt cheese
  • FISHTA Bangus Belly plain


  1. Get your garlic, cut it to bits or you can use a food processor for a finer chop
  2. In a bowl combine Butter, Salt, Pepper and Garlic **Butter should be Room temp ( 65°F - 18°C)
  3. Place FISHTA BANGUS BELLY PLAIN, on a lightly greased baking tray, season it with Salt and Pepper
  4. Spread butter mixture on top of FISHTA BANGUS BELLY PLAIN, then put it in the oven for 3mins until butter is melted properly
  5. While waiting, In a bowl combine Mayonaise, Quick melt cheese, minced Garlic
  6. if the butter is well melted already, spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of FISHTA BANGUS BELLY PLAIN then sprinkle cheese.
  7. Bake in 180C preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and is slightly golden.
