Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fishta Crab Meat
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Lumpia wrappers
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions:
- Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine Fishta Crab Meat, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Wrap the lumpia: Place a spoonful of the mixture onto a lumpia wrapper, roll tightly, and seal the edges with water.
- Fry until golden: Heat oil in a pan and fry the lumpia until crispy and golden brown.
- Drain excess oil and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
