For Store Operating Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 7am to 4pm. Closed on Mondays.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Is your fish “fresh-frozen”?

Yes! Our products are blast-frozen shortly after being caught to lock in nutrients and peak freshness, ensuring it tastes “sea-to-table” when you cook it. 

What makes Fishta Seafood different from supermarket seafood?

We pride ourselves on the “Freshness Chain.” Most of our seafood is sourced directly from local communities and delivered to your door with minimal stops in between. We focus on sustainable practices and ensuring that our fish is never “re-frozen” multiple times.

Where do you source your seafood?

We source primarily from our partner local Filipino fishing communities and sustainable aquaculture farms. We grow and farm our seafood in our different plant in Batangas, Bulacan, Pangasinan, Zambales, Negros Island and Palawan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Gcash, Maya, Credit/Debit cards, and other online banks



ORDERING & CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

To maintain the freshness of our inventory and manage our logistics, we do not allow order cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

Once an order is confirmed, we begin the packing process immediately. If you need to add items, please place a new order. For removals, please contact us immediately via messenger, though we cannot guarantee changes once packing has begun.



DELIVERY & HANDLING

Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?

To maintain this “Sea-To-Table” promise, we currently limit our delivery service to Metro Manila to ensure that the seafood you received is as fresh as the day it was caught. 

I’m from outside Metro Manila/province, where can I buy your product?

While our delivery is limited to Metro Manila, you can find Fishta Seafood products in the frozen section of major supermarkets nationwide, including SM Supermarket, Robinsons Supermarket, WalterMart, and Puregold.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fee is ₱150.00 within Metro Manila. We offer free delivery for orders worth ₱2,500.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed today are typically delivered the next day. Please note that orders containing pre-order items may take 2-3 days to fulfil. 

Are you open for same day delivery?

For same day delivery via Lalamove, please call this number: 0917 713 1000

How is my seafood kept fresh during delivery? 

We use insulated packaging and cold-chain logistics to ensure your seafood stays at the optimal temperature from our facility to your doorstep.

What should I do when my order arrives?

We recommend an immediate inspection. Check the seals, the quantity, and the freshness. If everything is correct, please store the items in your freezer.



REFUNDS AND QUALITY

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?

We apologize for the mistake! Please take a photo of the incorrect or damaged item and contact us via Messenger or Instagram within 30-minutes of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund accordingly.

Why is there a [TIME] limit for reporting issues?

Seafood is highly perishable. Once it leaves our temperature-controlled delivery system, we cannot guarantee its quality if it is left out at room temperature. The 30-minutes window ensures we are addressing issues that occurred while the product was still in our care.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once approved, refunds usually take 3-5 business days. If you prefer a faster option, we can issue Fishta Store Credit which can be used immediately for your next order.
