At Fishta Seafood, we are committed to providing “Fish For Every Filipino” with the highest standards of freshness and quality. Because our products are perishable, we have established the following guidelines to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.


1. 30-minutes Inspection Period 

Upon delivery, we kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately in the presence of the rider or before the delivery team leaves.  


  • Timeframe: Any claims for missing items, wrong products, or visible quality issues must be reported within 30-minutes of receipt

  • Reporting: Beyond this timeframe, we may be unable to honor requests as storage conditions (temperature) are no longer within our control.


2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Due to food safety regulations, seafood items cannot be physically returned once they have been accepted. However, we will offer a replacement or refund if the following conditions are met:


  • Wrong Item Delivered: You received a product different from what was ordered

  • Damaged Packaging: The vacuum seal or original packaging is punctured or compromised upon arrival

  • Quality Concerns: The product shows signs of spoilage (foul odor, discoloration) that occurred prior to delivery.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the digital receipt or physical invoice is required.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept requests for:

  1. Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery (e.g., leaving frozen fish at room temperature)

  2. Change of mind after the order has been processed or delivered


4. How to File a Claim

If there is an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Take Photos: Capture clear images of the product, the packaging, and the receipt.

  2. Contact Us: Message us immediately via our official Facebook/Instagram pages.

  3. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim within 24hours.


5. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

Original Payment: It will be processed back to your original payment method (Gcash, Credit Card, etc.)

Timeline: While we process refunds within 3-5 business days, please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account

Store Credit: You may also opt for store credit (voucher) for faster resolution on your next purchase.


6. Order Cancellations

To ensure the freshness of our inventory and the efficiency of our logistics, we do not allow order cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please double-check your cart and delivery details before finalizing your purchase.
