Kani and Shrimp Rolls on Avocado Puree Recipe

Craving for some sushi? Try this easy and delicious Kani and Shrimp rolls to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup - Rice
  • 2 pcs - Avocado
  • 6 pcs - Shrimps
  • 4 pcs - Crab sticks
  • 1 Tbsp - Chili
  • 2 sheets - Nori
  • 2 - lemons
  • Kiko man soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Gochugaru
  • Sushi Vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp - Olive oil

Preparations

Rice

  • Pour sushi Vinegar into a bowl of Rice then mix
  • Season with salt to taste then  add Gochugaru then mix

Shrimp

  • Set sauce pan with water over high heat
  • Before it boils add shrimps
  • After few minutes get the shrimp then ready ice bath
  • Straighten the shrimp by gently pressing on the body
  • Twist the head then peel shell off the shrimp, set aside peeled Shrimp

Avocado puree

  • Open the avocados with a big spoon get the flesh of the avocado
  • Slice 1 halves lengthwise, then set aside
  • Put the remaining avocado into the blender then add sushi vinegar
  • Squeeze & Add lemon juice into the blender
  • Season with salt then add Olive oil (1/2 tbsp) then Blend
  • Transfer puree into a bowl, Seal with Plastic to avoid oxidation then set aside

 Procedure

  1. Roast Nori on open flame
  2. Put spoonful of Rice into the Nori
  3. Add Shrimps then add Avocado slices
  4. Then add the Kani/ crab sticks
  5. Season with salt and chili then roll it then cut into pieces
